Brandholic Osaka – Terms and Conditions for Orders

Placing An Order

Before proceeding with payment, customers are expected to carefully review all product details, including descriptions, sizes, prices, and any additional costs such as shipping or customs fees.

We make every effort to disclose any visible flaws, signs of wear, or condition details through photos and descriptions. Upon request, additional photos or videos can be provided as proof that items have been thoroughly checked prior to shipment.

Before confirming your order and completing payment, you acknowledge that you fully understand the condition of the item

Reservation Policy

Customers may request to reserve an item for up to 5 days under the following conditions:

• A 10% reservation fee must be paid within 24–48 business hours to secure the item

• The reservation fee is strictly non-refundable

After the 5-day reservation period:

• The remaining balance must be settled within 24–48 business hours

• Failure to complete payment within the given timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the reservation fee

Repeated failure to comply with reservation payments:

• Customers who fail to pay reserved items three (3) times may be subject to account restriction or banning from future transactions

Payment Guidelines

• Customers must wait for the official invoice before making any payment

• After payment, customers are required to send or forward proof of transaction (receipt or screenshot) for verification

• Payments (including reservation fees) are only considered confirmed once reflected in our account

Failure to follow these steps may result in delays in processing your order.

Shipping and Delivery

All items are securely packed and shipped to the address provided by the customer.

While we ensure proper handling, Brandholic Osaka is not directly liable for courier-related issues such as delays, damages, or lost packages. However, we may assist in coordinating with your chosen shipping providers when necessary.

Tracking details will be provided for every shipment to ensure transparency.

Shipping Insurance

Customers have the option to request shipping insurance for their orders. Please note that:

• Insurance is optional

• The cost will be fully shouldered by the customer

If you would like to insure your package, kindly inform us before making payment so the insurance fee can be added to your total.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For international shipments or items with higher declared values, customers are responsible for all applicable:

• Customs duties

• Import taxes

• Handling or clearance fees

These charges are determined by your local authorities and are not included in the item price or shipping fee. All such fees are non-refundable.

Unboxing Requirement

Customers are strongly encouraged to record a clear video while unboxing their parcel.

This serves as supporting evidence in case of:

• Damage during transit

• Missing items

• Incorrect items received

Failure to provide an unboxing video may affect the evaluation of complaints or claims.

Returns or Refunds

Requests for returns or refunds may be considered within 14 days (2 weeks) from the date the item is received, under the following conditions:

• The item was purchased during a live selling session and a major flaw was not disclosed

• You received an incorrect item

• You have valid proof from a recognized authentication service confirming the item is not authentic

To initiate a request, customers must provide:

• Clear photos/videos of the item

• A detailed explanation of the issue

All requests will be subject to review. Brandholic Osaka reserves the right to approve or decline any claim based on compliance with these terms.

In cases where a customer receives the wrong item:

• The customer may opt to keep the item and:

• Receive a refund if the item value is lower than the original order, or

Pay the price difference if the replacement item has a higher value

For approved returns:

• Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team

Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Errors made by the customer during ordering

• Failure to understand or settle customs duties and import taxes

• Returning items without prior communication and approval
